Q. When will my order ship?
A. All orders placed by 4pm EST will ship the same day as long as everything requested is currently in stock.

Q. Can I request a Signature on my shipment
A. Yes, UPS and Fedex will require a signature for a charge of $4.75.

Q. How do I know if my shipment is oversized?
A. There is an oversized flag in the product download as well as an oversized warning indicated by the shipping box shown as yellow next within a product's listing

Q. How do I know if my item is Hazmat or restricted?
A. There is a hazmat flag in the product download as well as a hazmat warning indicated by the shipping box shown as red within a product's listing.

Q. If an item is marked "TRUCK FREIGHT ONLY" What does that mean?
A. This product is too large for common carrier UPS or Fedex. This shipment will be sent via LTL trucking. The cost for these shipments varies, so please email for an accurate quote.



Q. What is your return policy
A. We offer a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable and returned within the 30 day time period. Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. For most items, customers can obtain an RMA number and process their return using the Get Out The Gear website. Customers may also obtain an RMA number by sending an email to through the contact form or by calling 813-724-9771 (for Customer Service). Be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%; please contact the RMA department for details.

Q. How do I get a RMA to return a product?
A. You can do this online by sending us an email or the contact form. Find the order you wish to return and then select the order's invoice number.
